The importance of concentration in studies is equally that the need for food for our body. When we got tired than our body demand for food and then we consume the food. Same case in study. Go for the full of silence place when you are going to study
Go for the silence place means that. Try to choose a peaceful room for study and try for the stay away from the things which distract your power of concentration. If you put your phone inside of you and it will ring again and again. Then you focus will be divided 1st on mobile and 2nd on the study. Your power of concentration will start decreasing instead of increasing. Then choose silence not good. Let your comfort go and start working hard to concentrate on your study.
Plan with 1-hour study and then a little break like tea time
This is one of the important things that will help you to not get bored at study time. And then your power of concentration will increase automatically. I mean create a timetable according to you. That’s mean study for 1 hour then take a rest for 5 to 10 minute as a tea time and other things that make you free. and then after 10 minutes again given time to your study. Then your concentration power will be the increase automatically. In simple meaning, I suggest you create a proper timing or timetable. that will help you a lot.
Start clearing concepts. Read one topic and then clear it in your mind
That’s mean not be learn try to clear your concepts and try to understand things. When you learning things then you will read things, again and again, that will lose your concentration power. Directly it is a wrong thing. And I am going to suggest to clear concept not only reading is enough.
change books. If you got bored with an older book. Try new books
When you are studying from 1 book for a long time. The book starts looking awkward and your interest starts losing from the book. Then go for a new book with a new writer of the same thing. Then definitely you will find something new and unique and your interest will not be down in that book. I think it will be cool.
Listen to peaceful songs. White music
The listening song at study time is the good habit. But the song will be white songs. Not a normal song. white song affects our mind a lot and increases the efficiency of our mind. Then you power of concentration will increase. then I suggest you to try to listen to white songs. They are very good for our mind.
